Handcrafted in small batches in Harlem, NY by Ulrika Pettersson of Unna Bakery.

Ulrika grew up in Östersund, Sweden, learning to bake from her grandmother. After a career as a graphic designer in Stockholm, she brought her love of traditional Swedish baking to Brooklyn — and Unna Bakery was born. Unna means “to indulge oneself.”
