**ALL FOOD ITEMS COLD, FROZEN, OR CAN MELT MUST SHIP 2-DAY TO OVERNIGHT

Customers select their shipping method at checkout, where the shipping charge for the selected service is displayed. Perishable foods, including refrigerated, frozen, and melt-sensitive items, require 2-Day or Overnight shipping. If a slower method is selected for these items, we will contact you before shipment with a payment link for the shipping difference. You may choose to pay for the required service or cancel the order.

We ship nationwide within the United States, as well as to Canada and other international destinations, subject to product, carrier, and destination restrictions. Some products cannot be shipped internationally.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will substitute a similar food item of equal or higher value.

We process orders within 1–2 days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once processed, your order ships using the method selected at checkout, subject to the 2-Day or Overnight requirement for perishable foods described above. Special-order items follow the estimated arrival timeframe communicated to you. If you need your order by a specific date, notify us and include the requested date in the order notes/comments. A requested date is not a guaranteed delivery date; delivery timing depends on product availability and the shipping service selected.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

international, Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.
