Made with a delicate organic butter dough and filled with fresh raspberry jam at the center, these elegant cookies are handcrafted in small batches in Harlem, NY by Ulrika Pettersson of Unna Bakery.

Ulrika grew up in Östersund, Sweden, learning to bake from her grandmother. After a career as a graphic designer in Stockholm, she brought her love of traditional Swedish baking to Brooklyn — and Unna Bakery was born. Unna means “to indulge oneself.”
