A true piece of French gastronomic heritage. These ultra-thin, delicate lace wafers are handcrafted in Nancy, Lorraine, by the last remaining Maîtres Oubloyeurs of France. Dating back to the Middle Ages, the oublie was originally prepared between two heated iron plates and rolled into a light, hollow cylinder. Now revived with artisan care and infused with the golden, honeyed notes of Lorraine’s celebrated Mirabelle plum.

Crisp yet meltingly light, with a refined buttery-vanilla base lifted by the delicate sweetness of Mirabelle — perfect with coffee or tea, alongside ice cream or fruit, or simply savored on their own.
