A true piece of French gastronomic heritage. These ultra-thin, delicate lace wafers are handcrafted in Nancy, Lorraine, by the last remaining Maîtres Oubloyeurs of France. Dating back to the Middle Ages, the oublie was originally prepared between two heated iron plates and rolled into a light, hollow cylinder. Now revived with artisan care and elevated with rich, elegant chocolate notes.

Crisp yet meltingly light, with a refined buttery base complemented by subtle chocolate depth — perfect with coffee or espresso, alongside ice cream or fresh fruit, or simply enjoyed on their own.
