Crafted from a carefully selected blend of Criollo, Forastero, and Trinitario cocoa beans, Fortissima delivers a robust, cocoa-forward profile with fruity, tangy, and slightly smoky notes, balanced by hints of vanilla and mild spices. The high cocoa percentage earns its name (“fortissima” meaning strong), offering a bold yet refined bitterness that appeals to serious dark chocolate lovers.
