A true French pâte à tartiner from Valter Bovetti in the Périgord. Forty percent Italian hazelnuts blended with real milk chocolate (39% cocoa), pure cocoa butter, brown cane sugar, and a touch of rapeseed oil for perfect spreadability. No palm oil. No soy lecithin. Gluten-free.

Creamy and sweeter than the dark version, with a pleasant slight graininess from the high hazelnut content. The milk chocolate softens the intensity while letting roasted hazelnut flavor shine through.

How to Enjoy

Toast, brioche, warm crêpes, croissants, pancakes, or by the spoonful. Excellent as a filling for cakes, cookies, or swirled into yogurt and ice cream.
