TORO HVIT SAUS WHITE SAUCE

The classic white sauce! Toro brand's beautiful take on bechamel. Delicious and so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:

Flour, starch (corn, potato), salt, egg yolk, sugar, canola oil, onion, spices, mustard seeds.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pour contents in a saucepan and add 7dl milk.

2. Cook stirring constantly, using wire whisk.

3. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes.

To gratin - add 5 tablespoons grated cheese into the sauce.
