Authentic Norwegian washed-rind cheese from Tine, made at the Tresfjord dairy in Møre og Romsdal since 1970. Pale golden interior with a thin, edible orange-yellow washed rind. Soft, silky, and pliable with a mild yet distinctive creamy flavor and gentle aromatic tang from smear ripening. Excellent on a cheese board, sliced for sandwiches, melted, or paired with fruit, dark bread, and crackers.

Ridder means “Knight.” Milk comes from Vestnes and Rauma municipalities. Award-winning and labeled a Norwegian Specialty (Spesialitet).

Pasteurized milk and cream, lactic acid cultures, salt, microbial rennet, ripening cultures, preservative (sodium nitrate), coloring (annatto extract norbixin).
