Switch up your typical dinner routine with The Sporkful Collection Pasta Variety Pack from Sfoglini. This collection was developed in collaboration with Dan Pashman, a three-time James Beard Award-winner and creator and host of The Sporkful food podcast.

Pashman’s journey to create the perfect pasta, which was documented in his podcast’s series, “Mission: ImPASTAble,” was based on the following criteria:

• Sauceability: How readily sauce adheres to the shape
• Forkability: How easy it is to get the shape on your fork and keep it there
• Toothsinkability: How satisfying it is to sink your teeth into it

His work led to three pastas that make up The Sporkful Collection at Sfoglini. This variety pack includes:

• Cascatelli (2 boxes): The shape that started it all! Cascatelli (Italian for “waterfalls”) features a bucatini style half-tube with ruffles for an extra-satisfying texture contrast.
• Quattrotini (2 boxes): This Sicilian pasta shape is traditionally served during the carnival period. Our version features ridges on the four bucatini-style tubes to help grab onto sauce.
• Vesuvio(2 boxes): This shape’s name comes from Mount Vesuvius in Naples. Its spiraled shape mimics the contours of the volcano and has a rough surface to boost texture and sauceability.
