Lars' Own Yellow Peas provides a recipe for authentic Swedish Yellow Pea Soup, called Gula Artor. For several hundred years, Yellow Pea Soup has been Thursday's traditional supper for many Scandinavians, often accompanied by pork, crispbread, and spicy brown mustard. After the pea soup, pancakes with different fruit jams were traditionally eaten, and were considered to be part of the meal rather than dessert.
