Suchard Rochers Dark Chocolate is a premium Swiss-French confectionery product, featuring bite-sized “rocks” (rochers) made of dark chocolate shells filled with hazelnut praliné and topped with crushed hazelnuts.  The case contains 24 individually wrapped pieces, totaling 1.85 pounds (approximately 840 grams), with each piece weighing about 35 grams. 

These treats consist of a dark chocolate exterior (about 60% of the composition) coated in hazelnut chips, with a creamy hazelnut praliné filling (around 22-35%).   They are often compared to similar hazelnut-chocolate confections but originate from the historic Suchard brand, founded in 1825 and now popular in France and beyond. 

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa paste/mass, praliné 22% (hazelnuts, sugar), vegetable fats (palm, shea butter), hazelnut pieces/chips (3.5%), cocoa butter, concentrated butter, skimmed milk powder, whey powder (from milk), emulsifiers (soy lecithin, E476, sunflower lecithin), and flavorings/aromas. May contain traces of other nuts and wheat.
