Meet the heat-seeking twin of our beloved Trillium. This luscious, mold-ripened triple cream is generously filled with brined habanero peppers—rich, buttery decadence first, then a clean, building fire that lingers without flattening the cream. Soft, spreadable, and unapologetically indulgent.

Inspired by French bloomy-rind classics and made by hand in Indianapolis from small-family-farm milk, Snapdragon ripens from the outside in. Serve at room temperature on a crusty baguette, at the center of a cheese board, or melted over ham. Cool it with Sauvignon Blanc—or lean into the heat with Pinot Noir.
