The famous London smokery (Britain's oldest salmon curers), take their own perfectly-smoked London Cure smoked salmon and blends it with fresh Scottish salmon, cream, seasonings and chives. Poached and encased in natural pork skin casings, they're absolutely delicious when heated with just a bit of butter or tossed in a casserole.
Ingredients: Scottish salmon 50%, smoked Scottish salmon 40%, cream, free range egg, chives & seasoning.
