Our family takes a lot of pride in our Norwegian Heritage. We often gather for functions with Lefse being the centerpiece of the table as many Scandinavian families have done for years. Our family owned and operated the Scandia Bakery and Lefse Factory in Stanwood Washington for 28 years and even today we continue to roll fresh potato Lefse every week.
