As autumn settles over Oregon’s Rogue Valley, crisp air and refreshing rains breathe new life into the lush pastures. This is the season when our cows produce their richest, most flavorful milk — the perfect foundation for our celebrated limited-edition Rogue River Blue.
Crafted only during these cooler months, Rogue River Blue earned the title of World Champion at the 2019/20 World Cheese Awards. Each wheel is aged for 9 to 11 months in our carefully controlled caves, then lovingly hand-wrapped in organic, biodynamic Syrah grape leaves that have been soaked in pear spirits.
Every year on the Autumnal Equinox, we joyfully release the new vintage of this exceptional cheese.
