Petite pita pockets stuffed with tender, lightly marinated roasted lamb (classic beef-and-lamb gyro blend) and finished with cool, creamy cucumber-yogurt Tzatziki. Savory, herby, and bright—perfect two-bite appetizers for parties, grazing tables, or easy entertaining. Bake from frozen.

Gyro meat (beef, lamb, water, cereal binder [corn flour, wheat flour, rye flour], onions, soy protein concentrate and seasonings including spices, garlic, lemon juice concentrate, bread crumbs, salt, MSG), pita bread (enriched wheat flour, water, sugar, salt, yeast; may contain egg and seeds), Tzatziki sauce (water, cucumber, coconut oil and/or hydrogenated coconut oil, nonfat dry milk, oils, garlic, lemon juice concentrate, salt, vinegar, natural flavors, and stabilizers), olive oil, kosher salt, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper.

Preparation

Best baked from frozen on parchment paper.

•  Hotel/convection oven: 350°F for 8–14 minutes

•  Electric oven: 400°F for 16–22 minutes

•  Gas oven: 375°F for 16–20 minutes

Rotate the tray 180° halfway through. Bake until the pita is golden and crisp. Cooking times may vary by oven.
