Bon Patissier Ready-to-Bake Kouign-Amann – Pack of 10

A cousin of the beloved French croissant, Kouign-Amann (pronounced queen-ah-mahn) is a specialty of Brittany that has earned a devoted cult following worldwide. Flakey, buttery, salty-sweet — it's one of the most extraordinary pastries you can find, and now you can bake it fresh at home.

Made from laminated dough with hundreds of thin layers of butter, rolled with sugar and finished with Brittany's iconic Fleur de Sel, each piece is perfectly shaped and frozen at peak quality. All that's left is to turn on the oven.

Baking Directions

  1. Remove from freezer and allow to rest for 20 minutes until thawed.
  2. Place in a buttered and sugared cupcake mold (optionally sprinkle with cinnamon).
  3. Ensure the product is fully thawed before baking for even heat transfer.
  4. Bake at 375°F / 190°C for approximately 19 minutes (ovens vary).
  5. Remove immediately from the mold to prevent sticking.
