Recognised by King’s Order, the character of Orléans mustard rests on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the best ingredients. The guild of Master Vinegar & Mustard Makers of Orléans was recognised by royal decree in 1580. For us, Orléans mustard is a must.

Preparation

It is with respect for this tradition that we make our recipes using stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

Orléans Mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavours, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium bisulphite), Espelette pepper PDO (4%). May contain sulphites.
