Twenty four (24) 8oz packages of lefse, 48 rounds in all.  Norsland lefse is a Norwegian “bread” made primarily from potatoes.  It is created with all-natural ingredients, with no preservatives, and can be served in a variety of ways–most commonly rolled up with butter and sugar.  Lefse can also be used as a substitute for a flour tortilla in wraps and other dishes.
