Cooking Instructions

Skillet / Stir-Fry (Recommended)

1.  Defrost the vegan scallops if frozen.

2.  Slice desired vegetables (such as celery, carrots, or bell peppers) and scallops into bite-sized pieces.

3.  Heat a small amount of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

4.  Stir-fry ⅓ tablespoon soy paste, ⅖ tablespoon vegan XO sauce, a pinch of salt, and a splash of water until the seasoning begins to boil.

5.  Add the vegetables and vegan scallops. Bring back to a boil, then stir in ½ tablespoon cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.

6.  Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or as a standalone appetizer.

Oven-Baked

1.  Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.

3.  Arrange vegan scallops in a single layer and lightly drizzle with oil.

4.  Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden, flipping halfway through.

5.  Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, in pasta dishes, or alongside roasted vegetables.

Grilled

1.  Preheat grill to medium heat.

2.  Brush vegan scallops with olive oil and season as desired (lemon zest, garlic, or fresh herbs work beautifully).

3.  Grill 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and heated through.

4.  Serve over salads, in tacos, or with grilled seasonal vegetables for a fresh, savory presentation.
