Meat Mitch Beef Brisket - 1 lb

We hand trim the unnecessary fat off these beautiful briskets before we cook them, leaving only what we need to keep them moist and juicy.  We hand rub these in our Championship Steer Season and slow smoke for hours and hours over hickory wood.  This is the combination that led us to a recent 1st Place Beef call in the Memphis in May World BBQ Championships.  Finally, we don’t send you paper thin brisket that’s been run through a deli slicer, you will receive ¼ thick beautiful pieces with a smoke ring that screams HELLO JIM!
