Cooking Instructions

Skillet / Stir-Fry (Recommended)

  1. Defrost if frozen.
  2. Slice vegetables (celery, carrots, bell peppers) and scallops into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Stir-fry ⅓ tbsp soy paste, ⅖ tbsp vegan XO sauce, a pinch of salt, and a splash of water until boiling.
  5. Add vegetables and scallops. Bring to a boil, stir in ½ tbsp cornstarch water to thicken.
  6. Cook 2–3 more minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.

Oven-Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with oil.
  3. Bake 15 minutes until golden, flipping halfway.

Grilled

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush with olive oil, season with lemon zest, garlic, or herbs.
  3. Grill 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
