Airy Puff Pastry filled with sweet Maine lobster meat, veggies and sherry wine cream sauce. All of the lobster is sustainbly sourced from an MSC certified fishery. The lobster meat is the higest of quality and the products are hand crafted in a small batch kitchen not a processing plant.
