Whole wild Norwegian cloudberries (multer), gently stirred with sugar rather than cooked down into a firm set jam. The result is soft, seedy, and brilliantly sweet-tart — the classic Norwegian base for multekrem (cloudberry cream).

These rare Arctic berries grow low on northern marshes and are hand-picked in a short late-summer window. Lisa’s stirred style keeps their bright golden-amber color and delicate floral-apricot character intact. Spoon over warm waffles or lefse, fold into whipped cream or Greek yogurt, serve with ice cream, or pair with sharp cheeses such as Nøkkelost or aged Gouda.
