A classic appetizer all dressed up, these mini burgers feature 100% luxurious, Kobe beef. Thick and juicy, they will satisfy any crowd, gourmet or not. In two bold flavors: Carmelized Onion with Gorgonzola and Bacon and Cheddar. Black tie optional. 18 sliders.
Best cooked from a thawed state (thawing under refrigeration). Preheat oven to 325F. Remove from plastic trays & place on baking pans ½” apart. Cover pan with aluminum foil to keep bun tops from crisping; can also add moisture to the bun with a small pot of water in the oven during cooking. Rotate pan if necessary. Depending on the number of pieces and oven, cooking times may vary (approximate time 10-12 minutes). Do not microwave.
