Holtseer Butterkäse is a naturally matured German semi-hard cheese from the north of Germany — richer, more aromatic, and more complex than the typical foil-ripened butter cheese you find elsewhere. Aged at least 4 weeks, it develops a mild, creamy character with a smooth, supple texture and a subtly aromatic finish that makes it endlessly versatile.
