INGREDIENTS
  • 6 oz canned salmon, drained
  • Β½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • ΒΌ cup shallots, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yoghurt

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together honey mustard and yoghurt.
  2. Add canned salmon, bell pepper, avocado, celery and shallot and stir the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Serve with crackers.
