Gluten Free Scandinavian Lefse (Flatbread) - 4 of 10" each

This Scandinavian treat is one of my families favorites and a Christmastime staple.  Thank goodness we GF ers have an option now!  This gluten free version of the potato pastry still has the lovely texture that makes lefse, well, lefse! Your half order comes with 4 delicious 10" sheets. Fill with the traditional butter, sugar, and cinnamon... or anything your taste buds desire!
