Garden Edamame Potstickers - 150/Case

A garden-fresh mix of edamame, napa cabbage, scallions, carrots, and shoepeg corn, seasoned with an Asian-inspired blend of herbs and spices and wrapped in a thin dumpling skin. Serve plain or with ponzu or hoisin — great as a passed appetizer, in soups, or on Asian salads.

Steam from frozen 6–8 minutes, or deep-fry at 350°F for 4–6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Filling: Green soybeans, cabbage, canola/soybean oil, corn, chive, scallion, carrot, water, shiitake mushroom, sesame oil, cane sugar, ginger, sea salt, garlic, corn starch, black pepper.
Dough: Untreated wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, sea salt, corn starch.
