About Gangstad Gårdsysteri

The Gangstad farm has been in the family since 1913. In 1998, it became Norway's first authorized farm-based cow's milk cheese producer. Today, three generations work together to produce around 10 varieties of artisan cheese, alongside ice creams and other local products — all with a commitment to sustainable, farm-to-table practices in a region celebrated for its gastronomy.
