Strozzapreti pasta is great for hearty pasta dishes like Bolognese or a hearty Ragu! Our Strozzapreti is hand made and hand rolled.
All our pasta is made to order with only the finest fresh ingredients. Our strozzapreti are dried before shipping. The reason we dry our pasta is so it can be cooked al dente, which leaves a nice firm "bite" to the pasta! Fresh pasta that is not dried can not deliver a true al dente texture.
