Lightly Seasoned Cajun Fried Turkey

Approx. 10 lb | Serves 12–15

This is the bird that makes the table go quiet — then loud. A premium whole turkey is injected with Geaux Juice (the secret family marinade that keeps every bite juicy), hand-rubbed with a milder Cajun blend, left to soak overnight, then deep-fried in peanut oil until the skin is golden and the meat stays ridiculously tender.

Half the spice of the original spicy version. Enough Cajun character for grown-ups. Gentle enough for kids, grandparents, and anyone who doesn’t want their turkey to pick a fight.

Arrives fully cooked, foil-wrapped, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and USDA inspected. Thaw, warm, carve. Or slice it cold for next-day sandwiches that still taste like a celebration.

The short version

Rubbed. Marinated. Fried in peanut oil. Lightly seasoned. Heat and eat.

What is Geaux Juice?

The secret family marinade injected throughout the bird for moisture and flavor. Pronounced “go juice.”

Leftover idea

Bones make a serious turkey gumbo. Slices make the sandwich everyone fights over the next day.
