Gather a medium size bowl and your favorite whisk and combine the following for a surprisingly

delicious and versatile salad dressing, marinade or glaze when cooking on the grill.

One jar of "Girl Meets Dirt" Caramel Apple Spread

2 Cups of Extra Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3/4 Cup White Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

Fresh Ground Salt of your favorite to taste

Fresh Ground Pepper of your favorite to taste

!/2 Cup Fresh Clover Honey

1/3 Cup of Light Brown Sugar

2 Tsp of Cinnamon

2 Tbsp. of Herb of Provential ( available at World Market. It is a well rounded blend of herbs that marry well in

any vinegarette dressing I curate)

Double check your bowl and list of ingredients: make sure all ingredients are in your bowl.Vigorously whisk all

ingredients until all are well blended.

Do a taste test. Bear in mind, this is my BASIC RECIPE. Adjusting the recipie to you palate is up to you.

This Vinegarette works well as a dressing on salad,a marinade or as a braising on meat, pork, chicken or seafood.
