With all that going for it, it is still lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol than skinless chicken or turkey. Our Elk is farm-raised and USDA inspected.

• 6 Filet Mignons from South Dakota farm-raised elk. 6 ounces each.
• 4 Sirloin Steaks from Wisconsin farm-raised elk. 8 ounces each.
• Ground Elk from Wisconsin farm-raised elk. 1 pound pack
