The Drunken Goat is a pasteurized goat’s milk cheese from the Murcia region of Spain. Smooth and creamy, it’s aged briefly then immersed in Monastrell wine for at least 72 hours — giving it a vivid purple rind and a tangy, fruity finish. Aged an additional 75 days for full maturation.

The 6 lb whole wheel is ideal for restaurants, catering, cheese shops, and serious cheese lovers. A showstopper on any board or platter.

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, cheese cultures. Rind bathed in Monastrell wine.
