Two casseroles, each pan is 1 1/2 lbs. and serves 2-3.
Nothing says comfort food like a creamy casserole! You can mix it up and add some veggies to it also. I like spinach or peas and serve a salad on the side. It is made with poached chicken, rice, mushrooms, and a creamy Marsala sauce. Delicious!
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Remove plastic lid & cover with foil. Bake from frozen for approximately 40-45 minutes or until 165 degrees F.
