Our Prime Rib Roast is a gourmet masterpiece — a beautifully marbled, richly flavored beef roast hand-cut from our premium Black Angus cattle. These cattle are carefully bred for exceptional tenderness and raised right here in the USA on pasture, with no added hormones or antibiotics.

We wet-age our beef using a precise, proprietary process to develop deep, complex flavor and maximum tenderness. Then it’s vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at the absolute peak of quality. Thanks to the tight seal, you can keep this roast in your freezer for up to 2 years with zero loss of flavor or texture — though we both know it won’t last nearly that long once you see it!

For the perfect balance of convenience and flavor, we separate the bones from the roast and then net them back together. This lets the bones infuse the meat with incredible richness while it cooks, yet they’re easy to remove before slicing and serving (and yes… the chef might “test” a bone or two in the kitchen 😉).

Serves 2–3 people per pound.
