Authentic Key West / Caribbean-style conch fritter batter from FCN Cuisine. Perfectly seasoned with spices, onion, garlic, and a hint of heat — just add water and conch for crispy, golden fritters every time. No chopping, no measuring spices.

How to Use

1. Stir mix with water (or beer) until smooth
2. Fold in diced conch, shrimp, crab, or chopped vegetables
3. Drop by the spoonful into hot oil at 350–375°F
4. Fry 2–3 minutes until deep golden brown; drain on paper towels
5. Serve hot with cocktail sauce, remoulade, or a squeeze of lime
