Ruinart Rosé Champagne Chocolate-Dipped Half Bottle — 375ml
A half bottle of Ruinart Rosé — the world’s very first rosé Champagne, created in 1764 — meticulously encased in layers of luscious dark chocolate with a currant filling, topped with hibiscus powder, yumberry, and thyme. An extraordinary, show-stopping gift from the oldest Champagne house in the world.
The Champagne
Ruinart Rosé is a prestigious non-vintage Brut rosé from Maison Ruinart, founded in 1729 in Reims, France. Chardonnay-dominant and elegantly aromatic, it presents a beautiful pomegranate pink hue with subtle orange shimmers.
Tasting Notes
Intense aromas of pomegranate, lychee, guava, rose, and red berries on the nose. On the palate: fresh and finely knit with a satiny mousse — macerated raspberry, poached apricot, wild cherry, blood orange, yellow peach, chamomile, and blanched almond, with subtle smoke, crystallized honey, tangerine zest, and gentle spices.
The Chocolate
Paired with layers of luscious dark chocolate sandwiched with a currant layer, topped with hibiscus powdered essence, yumberry, and thyme — a complete coating designed to complement the Champagne’s fruit-forward character.
