How to cook

Pan-fry: Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil to coat. Add frozen dumplings and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat, add ½ cup water, cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed.

Steam: Lightly oil a steaming rack. Arrange frozen dumplings on rack over boiling water. Cover and steam 10–12 minutes until heated through. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Do not microwave.
