Cheesy Crab and Gnocchi Bake

3 tbsp. butter
2 Large shallots, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup half & half
8 oz. shredded Provolone cheese, divided
4 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
2 (6- oz.) containers crabmeat
1/4 cup Progresso Italian Style Panko Bread Crumbs
Prep: 25 minutes, Cook: about 50 minutes total, Serves: 8 Β
1.Β Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2.Β Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add shallots and cook for 10 minutes or until very soft, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute more. Add half & half andΒ 3/4Β of the Provolone and Parmesan cheeses and stir until melted.
3.Β Stir together gnocchi, cheese sauce and crab in a medium-size shallow baking dish. Top withΒ remainingΒ cheese and bread crumbs and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and lightly browned.Β
