Said to originate back to around 1870 when a Parisian pastry chef was enthralled with the family tradition of burning a log on the Christmas fire. The Buche de Noel - or Christmas Log Cake - is a classic and elegant Christmas dessert. Our variety starts with our rich chocolate cake which we fill with luxurious raspberry buttercream. It's then rolled into a cake log and frosted with our smooth buttercream. We hand decorate this with a few strands of Christmas lights. Yule love it!
