Jean-Yves Bordier has been making butter in Saint-Malo, Brittany since 1985, and his churned salted butter remains one of the most sought-after in the world. Made from the cream of grass-fed cows, churned slowly in the traditional baratte method, and hand-kneaded to develop its characteristic silky texture and depth of flavor.
Semi-salted with fine sea salt, it strikes a perfect balance — rich and creamy with a clean, lingering finish. Exceptional spread on warm bread, melted over vegetables, or used as a finishing butter for fish and meat.
