This roast is juicy, tender and full of flavor. We raise our lamb on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please. You'll notice a rich lamby flavor that is fresh, inviting and intriguing -- never overly muttony or too "strong". Their diet includes all the lushness of the countryside, along with a small amount of grain at finishing; our animals are never fed hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products.
