Cooking Instructions
Best cooked from thawed.
Traditional Oven
Preheat to 400°F. Cook for approximately 45–50 minutes, turning halfway through to crisp the bacon on all sides. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Convection / Forced Air Oven
Preheat to 370°F. Cook for approximately 45–50 minutes, turning halfway through to crisp the bacon on all sides. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer
Cook at 340°F for approximately 20 minutes. Flip the product, then cook another 20–25 minutes until the bacon is crispy on all sides. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
